Incredible property at the new Powder Heights. All new appliances and furniture and a hot tub to soak away the days skiing. Beds were firm and super comfy. Easy access to the slopes. Plenty of inclusions including some cooking oils and spices, soaps shampoos dishwasher and washing pods. Communication with Jaye was easy and nothing was a problem. A fantastic meal lace to stay.

The house provided a wonderful base for our month long stay in Sun Peaks. Ample space for 2 families, very comfortable living area and a well stocked kitchen. There was also a great space to store all the snow gear and to get ready in each morning. The location is perfect for easy access to the sunburst and sundance chairs and is just a short stroll to the village. The only negative was a miscommunication with the owner after we had departed, however, this was quickly rectified.
A great base for a winter stay in Sun Peaks!

Gentle Giant Chalet in Sun Peaks is in a fantastic ski in/ski out position and is very convenient for access to the village. Plenty of room for 8 adults. If you have any questions re the property the owners and also the property manager are very helpful and fast to respond. We would definitely book Gentle Giant Chalet again when we next visit from Australia to ski at our favorite ski resort in BC.

Very clean, warm, well maintained, wonderful hot-tub for after ski recovery. Hosts were very helpful and very quick to reply to any questions.
Kitchen had plenty of appliances - coffee maker, great blender, slow cooker, big oven, microwave - easy for family meals for 6 people.
Local restaurant and deli and pharmacy were great to have close by.
Bus to get to the village was a 5 minute walk and similar walk to the Burfield chair lift. Walk to the village was about 25 minutes but a lovely walk.
