Staffin house rentals

Dailag Tolag was an excellent place to call home for 5 days. The Croft was well equiped and very clean. Even had egg cups!! It was very easy to access and really quiet.The views very amazing. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

So serene, beautiful views, cosy home. It is a trek to get to this property for which you will be heartily rewarded but important for guests to be aware of. Lorraine provided great instructions and we found the property easily. Roads on Skye, including up the top end where the home is located have challenges - narrow one lane, many deep potholes etc. The home was well equipped, cosy, warm and comfortable. You would be advised to bring food supplies to enjoy eating at home and enjoying the absolute serenity. We had gorgeous lambs and sheep for company Communication with Lorraine was easy and excellent. We loved our stay here.

Clean and well maintained

We absolutely loved staying here. The house had everything we needed, stunning views and good location to get to the walks and sites we wanted to see. Great for small children with a cot and high chair available, even a stair gate at the top of stairs was very helpful! Everything clean and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. We had 4 adults and a 1 and 2 year old. Loved the fireplace and having meals in the kitchen with the sheep out the window. We didn't even get round to eating in the dining room! The small supply of breakfast food was a lovely surprise. A home away from home. If it wasn't so far away from Australia I'd say we'd be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, and making our stay very memorable.

The property is isolated, but has everything you need and is a great base to enjoy all that Skye has to offer.

We loved our stay at Driftwood Cottage. It was very clean, warm and the view was amazing. The bed was lovely and big and comfortable. The kitchen was great and all the facilities in great working order. Good location, with shops just down the road in Staffin Village. Access was easy and the whole experience was terrific. Would love to visit again. Thank you, also, for mailing my diary to me...greatly appreciated!
