The house is huge and well appointed. We didn't take advantage of the sauna or spa but did enjoy the outdoors area with family who live close by, and the dragonfruit that was in abundance on the property.The very short walk to the beach was fabulous and we certainly took advantage of that.The view of the beach and the sunsets were exceptional.

The place was clean well setup. Beautiful views close to town. If you want to eat out do yourself a favour and eat in the pub and cafe.

This property exceeds expectations. It was perfect for a multi-age family getaway just a short drive from Melbourne but close to the action of Wilsons Prom and Gippsland. We enjoyed the outdoor games area, the well equipped kitchen and the outstanding alfresco area with rolling green hills from nearly every vantage point ... and the roses... the rose garden has the most fragrant roses you will ever smell so if you can come when they are in bloom you are in for a treat but if not the native garden is a hub of bird activity. The beds are comfy and there are lots of heating options if you come in a colder month. We are so glad we visited and hope to visit again.

A great stay. A view to die for. Excellent location for exploring Gippsland. Quality linens and a wonderfully well equipped kitchen. Sparkling bathroom. Super comfy bed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great venue, close to the shops. Immaculate presentation. Spacious. The hosts are very thoughtful - the muffuns provided were simply scrumptious. Can reccomend

We had a fantastic stay here. It's a beautiful rural location with a stunning g outlook over rural farmland and water and a huge deck from which to enjoy the view. We had 16 people and at times it's a bit noisy and echoey in the indoor eating area. Some acoustic panels may be good but perhaps we're just a bit too noisy. There's an outdoor fire pit and we gathered up abundant pine cones and spent a wonderful evening round the fire outside. The interior is spacious and easily manouevrable for a wheelchair though the bathrooms aren't technically accessible . The main issue we getting into the house as there are level changes all round. The easiest way to get in if you have your own portable ramp is off the side deck. This would be a great modification for people using mobility aids. The kitchens are really good and extremely well supplied. The only items we'd suggest you bring if you're planning any serious cooking are: a pastry brush, a silicone spatula, a wash up brush , and heavy kitchen scissors . This is really picky I know as it really is great. Definitely would come again.

Arrived in tow with three dogs to a very warm welcome by Alice. The location is just perfect. No one around. Only dogs and horses. We had a fab time. Was supposed to head out to the festival around 12, but it was so peaceful and tranquil on the back deck, we didn't end up leaving until around 2pm. Facilities were great and the views of the sunset are to die for. Walking up to a thick fog and the sound of horses was magic. Hopefully will be back
