This was our second stay at this amazing property and will be a regular stay, the view is fabulous. We had very thing we needed including the use of the garage which we could store our mountain ebikes. Liz and Greg are more than accommodating as hosts. As previous accommodation owners ourselves I would highly recommend this property.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon

A great place to stay, nestled in a leafy garden with kangaroos visiting in the mornings. The place is well appointed with everything you could want on a beachside holiday. Michele is a friendly knowledgeable host, full of great suggestions of things to do.
Her breakfast muffins are awesome too!
