A week when life slowed down enormously and joy was all around. Beautiful clean beach with wonderful morning walks and longer walk to Patonga.

Beautifully appointed home with plenty of living space to accommodate bedroom configuration. Easy check in and nice quiet area. Owner very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Easily best private rental we've stayed in. The Cabana has everything you need, and plenty of lovely little touches on top. Hosts were really friendly, and communication was excellent.

We loved our waterfront stay. Simple, super clean, amazing views, kayaks and easy ferry ride to get there.

Thanks Heidi for your gracious hospitality. This was a perfect staycation, less than 2 hours away from Sydney but certainly far away from it all. An ideal location to explore the surrounds including trendy Pearl Beach, however I was more than happy to stay put as you really do feel you're the only one around as the house has neighbours only on the one side. The quiet beauty of the environment was truly inspiring, watching the landscape change throughout the day. So make sure you give yourself a few extra days, when you settle in you're likely to want to stay longer and finally read that Great Australian Novel, or maybe even longer still to 'Write' one !

We absolutely loved our stay; the house was gorgeous. We loved all the artwork everywhere, loved the layout of the house as well and the fireplace! The stairs down to the centre were amazing and the little note on arrival left describing how to use them and also a complimentary bottle of wine. The view was so beautiful, and we really loved the atmosphere of the house too. Booking and communication was fantastic, and everyone was SO nice and friendly. We are saving this stay and bringing the family back to enjoy what we did. We will def be coming back. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!!

Wonderful 2-storey house situated on a riverfront. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the upstairs balcony with our drinks watching the boats, birds and schools of jumping fish pass by. I also had a turn at fishing off the BBQ deck downstairs and kept losing my bait to the fish! The house was very clean and contained everything we needed. Just bring your clothes, food and drinks. There are 2 restaurants and boat hire just a short walk away. Access to the covered carport is via a short steep driveway just past Cowan Drive, then hop into a carriage cage with your bags and take the slow (but fun) ride down the rails to the house.

A very simple process to rent this river house. We were greeted by the owners on arrival, and instantly felt at home here. Our aim was to do some fishing, and we were delighted to catch many decent sized flathead, and several bream, regardless of the recent floods. Beds were comfy, showers were lovely, and the kitchen well appointed.. We would happily recommend this property
