Rainshadow Retreat was such a lovely little cabin to stay at for our wedding night and start of our honeymoon! The location was incredible, super peaceful and an amazing view with the large windows right in front of the bed. The outdoor patio was perfect to relax on, we had some nice meals while watching birds come and go from the nearby trees.Everything we needed was provided and Paul and Natalie were fantatic hosts, very good at communicating and even offered us a later check out since there were no guests the next night.We are very excited to visit again soon!!

Beautiful country location, lots of native trees and wildlife. We enjoyed looking at the view across the hills during the day and the clear starry sky at night.

A welcoming home. Everything there that could be needed, except personal clothes. Good labelling. Well set out for a family. Nice outdoor balcony area in good weather. Recommendable spot. Dusty in parts. En suite bathroom had hair strands remaining. Christmas gift bags for the children was a kind and unexpected gesture. Thank you.

We stayed in the Strath at Strathalbyn Cotteges. Perfect place for a getaway. The place was lovely, and had a very modern feel. A street away from the two centre but was still very peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Peter, Linda, Ashley and Em.
