This cottage was huge. Could suit a family or couple as we were. It was very well equipped, nothing to want for. It was warm (important for us Australians that were freezing) and had a huge fenced yard, if you had children. It also had a garage, so we were able to access the car without going into the rain. Marie Louise was available by email, and helped us find Christmas markets and things to do. She also came and found us when we lost our way in the dark. 😀 I don’t give many places a 10 out of 10 but this cottage certainly deserves it. Thank you for our stay.

What a lovely surprise to walk into a restored old building with such a modern interior. The decor is tastefully done and every modern convenience is provided to enjoy a wonderful week or more in the Breton region of Finistere. Yvon and Odette give you such a warm welcome and are very generous with their time and welcoming gifts, offering to help at any time. They gave us wonderful advice on places to visit which we thoroughly enjoyed and wish we had had more time to explore this region of France. I particularly loved the beautiful gardens, with flowers in many hues all around. It was sad leaving this rural setting, cattle grazing close by and we agreed a week was not long enough. It doesn’t take long to feel at home and I would highly recommend it as a place to visit on your travels. Thank you both for making our first visit to Brittany so enjoyable.
