We arrived at this well equiped cottage to find a bowl of fresh fruit, chocolates and home made sourdough bread, it doesn't get any better than that. The distance from any main road made it a tranquil place to rest after busy days sight seeing and the owners were lovely. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for beautiful views and a tranquil setting while still being in the heart of the Huon Valley and all it has to see.

This is a beautifully refurbished shack in a stunning location. It was done very tastefully in keeping with the original character.
We had a great stay.
The view from the sun room is mesmerising, we spent most of our time there, for breakfast, dinner, cup of tea, reading, doing crossword... We saw a frolicking seal just in front.
The kitchen is very well equipped and also offers a stunning view.
Access to the beach is very easy and the beach is very safe.
Communication with Monique was very efficient.
We hope to stay again, it is a very special place.

This was my second stay at this property,
Perfect for three couples
The kitchen is well equipped and we ate all our meals on the lovely large covered deck.
The outdoor spa is another treat that we enjoyed a couple of times during our stay.

We are so grateful to have spent Christmas and new year in this amazing house.
It has everything you could possibly need and more.
The added personal touches were much appreciated.
We have stayed at many “pet friendly” places in Tasmania and this is the best by far.
The yard is fully enclosed and my houdini dog Indy could not get out.
Perfect location, beautiful home and fantastic host.
We can’t wait to return 😀
