The accommodation at Shack on Francis is delightful. Warm and cosy with everything you need. Accommodation was very clean and owner has tastefully furnished this property. Ideally located in Adventure Bay. We even had a visit from the white wallaby. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The property was small however offered high quality bedding, beds, and kitchenware, it was clean and cozy. Great bay is basically the back yard, it’s serene, crystal clear and virtually deserted.

Beautiful house for a 5 day family stay - big verandah with comfy seating, table, bbq overlooking the water, perfect for sunset drinks and oysters. Spacious open living/ dining/ modern kitchen area, excellent for cooking up and sharing delicious feasts and then lounging around for family movie nights. Excellent bathrooms for showering off after long beach days. Close to beach, pub (outside tables overlooking the beach), coffee etc. Sarah, our host, was super-responsive to our requests and feedback. Highly recommend 10/10.

Home was very clean, and comfortable, the host has thought of every detail. Views were amazing, and wildlife very entertaining. Could easily have stayed for much longer.

Great cottage equipped with everything you need. Lots of books, wood for the fire, cozy spots. Views to the water and resident wallabies. Communication with Virginia was excellent.

We loved the house it was every thing we wanted.
There were two things that could have been better.
First was we couldn't get in at 2;00 the cleaning lady was still there , so we had to go and fill in time elsewhere.
The second and most important thing the house was not clean particular the bath rooms.
The windows need a good clean and the spider webs removed.
But it did not deter our stay we enjoyed it, the remarks are just for the owners, I'm sure the owners don't know as they don't live in Tasmania.
It's a beautiful house in a beautiful position, we will be looking forward to going back .
