Great location with amazing views nearby
Little Wombat is well located, enabling visitors to walk to the Daylesford shops, eateries and bars. Having the Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens behind the property is ideal for those wanting to explore the gardens and enjoy the excellent food at the cafe within. The home is beautifully furnished although the lounge is quite small and it took us a while to work the shower out. Overall, a delightful place and the owners have made every effort to make one feel comfortable and at home.

A very enjoyable stay
We were very happy to experience staying in a passive house.
Even when the temperature was 33 degrees outside the house stayed pleasant. There was plenty of space inside due to the excellent design and the houses outlook surrounded by trees was very tranquil.

A beautiful, clean and thoughtfully appointed cottage
A beautiful, clean and thoughtfully appointed little cottage in a fabulous location. Our family enjoyed two nights at Illoura during winter. The cottage was warm, cozy and had everything we needed, including quality towels and linen. The hamper of local products left for us was a lovely touch, we especially enjoyed the hot chocolate and marshmallows.
