Peel Forest house rentals

The home was very comfortable and the bath amazing. A bit of a drive to get supplies, got excellent steaks at Geraldine butcher thought.

Small but homely and cosy. Beautiful garden to spend time in. Kind hosts. Would like to spend longer next time.

Perfect spot to relax.

We were thrilled on arrival at this beautiful bach. The facilities were excellent and the property was incredibly well insulated as advertised. It was such a joy to stay here.

Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. Plenty of crockery and glassware in the kitchen. Only 2 of us but house could easily cater for larger groups. The only down side is having to provide your own linen. Being from overseas this was a bit inconvenient. But overall highly recommend this lovely home.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous kiwi Bach in Peel Forest. Highly recommend to fellow travellers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Surrounded by bush and listening to the birds sing in the trees is so peaceful. An easy place to relax and enjoy nature around you. Walks amongst the forest at your doorstep. The house itself was so cute! Perhaps a few more plates/bowls etc in the kitchen and the beds weren’t the most comfy. Perhaps toppers would be an easy solution. Despite this, we would love to return to the peace and tranquility of this lovely spot. Thank you for having us!

This centrally located, clean, well appointed cottage is loaded with understated charm and accommodations to very comfortable living. Pared with the fascinating history of the property, the cottage itself and its expansive & private back yard, you ate left wanting nothing. Its an ideal location to base your explorations of the Cantebury region. I recommend this property to both shodt and longer-term travellers. Kay, a gem herself, is helpful and quick to resoond. You won't be disappointed.
