Villa Can Tapies was amazing on so many levels. My choice of villa this time for our week long vacation for our group of 10 couples couldn’t have been any better. The villa was large enough for everyone to find a quiet space or to come together as a group which we did so many times in the main dining room, upstairs terrace or pool. The 3 kitchens also made it easy for meal preparation and food storage. Two washing machines also assisted greatly. The location was ideal, only a short distance into Banyoles for grocery shopping. We also did several day trips to Girona, the Costa Brava beaches and over the Pyrenees Mountains and into France for lunch. The villa was exceptionally clean on our arrival and we were met by the owner. He was most helpful especially assisting us to order a taxi on the last day. This villa far exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it after spending a perfect week in the countryside.
