For us, with 2 dogs, this was perfect. Secure yards for them, a roomy house. Well provisioned and great house notes ( maybe update the local info)

Everything was as advertised and much more! Ideal for a couple of (older) people! Everything needed was in the Cottage ! Heated floor in the bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine including fresh coffee beans even fresh milk, Bed very confortable with plenty of blankets if need ! Greatly recommended and the host Simon was wonderful and we also were called to feed the lamas and horse ! Fabulous place to recommend !

This is quite truly one of the best holidays I have ever had. Thornleigh is magical both in design and spirit. We could have quite happily never left but the region is so magnificent that it deserves exploration. Melanie is an incredible host with amazing care and attention to detail. Quiet, luxurious, special - we will be going back.
