Spent 4 nights in this lovely room that has everything you need. Wendy answered all questions promptly. My only confusion at start is the online images are of different room and entrance. Room itself is as per description. The real positive about this rental is the neighbourhood- simply wonderful. Easy walk to Montana Ave and beach . Up to 30 min walk to actual Pier but I scooted everywhere and Santa Monica very well set up for bike riders et al. Wine and beer supplied was a nice treat. Perfect place for a relaxing visit to a lovely town

Finding Craig's place to stay was an absolute blessing. It provided a beautiful sanctuary while we were in LA visiting our son and his family. Although we were central to everything we needed, it certainly didn't feel like we were in such a busy city.
The gardens and creek are so peaceful - such a lovely environment to enjoy a drink at the end of the day, watching the sun set over the mountains. We enjoyed a bbq with our son and grandchildren and they were made to feel more than welcome to have fun in the garden too.
Craig is a wonderful host - a great judge of how much time and when to spend it with us. He willing helped with anything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed conversations about our shared experiences and passions. We will definitely be staying here again!
