Excellent laid back holiday enjoyed in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Beds and pillows were comfy and location meant we could walk to the supermarket, ferry and swimming spot with ease To top it all off, the host was excellent with communication and going over and above to make sure that we had a memorable and enjoyable holiday Thanks!

Absolutely fabulous brand-new apartment 11 out of 10 we chose this apartment because we were going on a cruise one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. brand-new everything is clean fabulous restaurants right at your door and walked To the cruise terminal

Fantastic place, great view close to the city , walking distance to Paddington and Rosalie but $30 for parking per night?

We had an amazing stay at Kooii apartments the staff were all helpful and friendly and recommended we check out the top floor and the view at night was so beautiful!

Friendly staff. Easy checkin and out and admin. Very comfortable. Great central location.

Excellent stay. The important aspects (some minor and often overlooked) were all met: Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, quietness, sockets by the bed, sockets at a desk/table, basin plug and good water pressure. There were even USB sockets in the electrical sockets.

Located a short distance from the milton Railway Station and at the end of the Milton Shopping strip this motel is excellent if you need to stay within walking distance of Suncorp Statdium. We were here for the Elton John concert and found this little haven to be excellent for what we needed. Plenty of restaurants close by and both train and ferry within a short distance making it a good location to be close to everything. Room was clean, checkin was quick, staff friendly. Being an apartment there was no housekeeping during our stay, but thats ok if you know before hand. Furniture of a traditional style, not too old and not too worn. Definiteley recommended, noy only the motel but the loaction of Milton as well.
