The service is amazing - very impressed by how the receptionist took the time to give us an overview of the hotel, parking situation, nearby good restaurants and took us to our rooms personally. This place is a rare gem - well worth the price and the roo we stayed in was exceptionally spacious with thoughtful touches like fresh roses and bottled water in the fridge for the guests. They also provided us with vouchers for welcome drinks at their rooftop bar which I thought was quite nice. Definitely will recommend!

All of the staff were so friendly and were so helpful with any request, even though we couldn’t speak Italian they would go above and beyond. The place was so close to the city and we just used the hotel bikes to ride around. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back.

This was an extremely pleasant stay at this residence, everything from the communication from reception was outstanding. Comfortable bed and close to everything. The valet parking was so helpful and the manager was excellent. I will be back !!!!
