This hotel is pretty much heaven on earth! Loved every second I was there! The only downside was that I had to go home.

Poor Service
On arrival, unfriendly reception staff greeted and registered the booking.
Maintenance issues were terrible
Day 1, half a day was wasted, with no hot water for a shower and electrical points not working, unable to make a cup of coffee
Day 3, the hot water went again and another half day wasted waiting around for showers

Very beautiful resort, the room is nice and spacious also has a very beautiful view and beautiful decoration. Food is also nice and reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay at The Aksari resort. Thank you.

Beautiful private villa
The friendly hotel manager, Ketut, picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable price and it was so nice to be collected rather than negotiating with taxi drivers! He showed us some nice local spots on the way. The villas are beautifully furnished with everything you need. Great peaceful location set back from the busy main street but still close to everything! The pool was idyllic and shared with the other 3 villas. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and served at your villa. The staff were all excellent and even let us have our breakfast at 5pm after we missed it due to an early morning volcano tour! We also did a half day tour which was great value and we were taken to everywhere of interest in Ubud. We wished we had stayed longer than 3 nights!
