Loved it here onky downside for me was it's not walking distance to the shopping district but still a great place an great views quiet area.

Perfect choice for Hamra district
Studio 44 exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed there twice with an overnight stay in Byblos in the middle of our short Lebanon holiday. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful and storing our bags was no issue. Location is excellent for exploring the Hamra district and behold. In fact we roamed near and far on foot with plenty of choice when it comes to eating , drinking and shopping. On our return to Beirut we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite. I would highly recommend Studio 44 for both business and pleasure - short or long stay. Take advantage of the airport transfers. They are cheaper than negotiating the fares on your own.
