Cowes resort rentals

Phillip Island Townhouses were great. Very new and clean and each townhouse had its own undercover car park which was very helpful. Location is a little bit further than the main cafes and shops than I anticipated when booking. Check in was some what confusing, having received an email from a different hotel who manage the townhouses but once I found the reception the staff were great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Phillip Island Apartments. The highlight of our stay was certainty the exceptional customer service we received from the lady on the front desk. Rooms were very spacious and well about average from other apartment hotels! I highly recommend giving this hotel a go.
