Absolutely loved our stay here. Very relaxing, great host. Swim and snorkle a few steps out your front door. Great restaurants a few minutes walk. Place gets cleaned every couple of days. Friendly locals.

This villa is a 5 min walk to town but far enough away to escape the crowds. The property presented exactly as described and was clean and immaculate. It was very stylish & comfortable for the four of us. Dimitri was very helpful with great recommendations for restaurants & beach clubs which we trusted & visited. He was very responsive with any questions- we highly recommend this villa - a beautiful setting & extremely comfortable & stylish

Stayed here a week during the quiet season in November. Beds very comfortable and views from roof area amazing. Be aware there are lots of steps in the Old town and definitely to get to this apartment. Two main rooms have beds in them so we used one as the living area. No lounge so mainly sat on the bed. No problem if you are out most of this time. Table in kitchen fits 3 people. Manager very helpful and easy to contact for any questions during our stay. Only tv channels we found were in Greek. Thankfully we could use our ipads

Have just spent 5 wonderful nights at The Sunhaus in Perissa Beach. Location in the heart of Perissa is second to none.You can literally walk out your front door and in 10mtrs be on the beach.Don't be concerned about traffic noise,as the Beach Front road is closed to traffic after 2.00pm all days,traffic is rather quiet and slow prior to that,and a Perissa Beach holiday is for those people who just want to relax,unwind and soak up the beautiful Greek sun and sand at a slow and relaxed pace.Many fantastic restaurants and quiet bars for a relaxing drink close by,and easy access to local buses and taxis to travel to Fira,Oia and The Port. But most of all,our thanks go out to Akis and Irini for always being on hand to answer our questions when we booked our stay and when we were in Perissa.Their local knowledge and advice is invaluable.The Sunhaus easily accommodated our 3 adults and would be comfortable for up to 4 people no problem. As previous reviews have advised and I can confirm,The Sunhaus is "the" place to stay for your holiday in Perissa Beach,Santorini.

We stayed for a week in this excellent villa which is private, quiet and well located. All necessary facilities were available, the villa was very clean and well maintained and Anna was helpful and provided useful sightseeing tips. An excellent base to explore the island and somewhere you can escape the bustle of Oia and Fira. A car is highly recommended.
