House is beautifully presented and setup for groups. Would definitely recommend

Everything about the home is as shown on the website and its spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and great to cook in. The garden is big and there are lots of different places around the garden to sit. We spent hours on the tennis court. (Bring your own racquets and balls). We did need to contact the Agent After Hours - call was answered and our situation dealt with promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed family time in sunny lounge room with three way views. The master bedroom was beautifully laid out. We could walk to Berrima’s shops, bakerys restaurants and bush/river walks. It was short drive to Retford Park and Bowral’s shops and restaurants. As we left ten King Parrots were busy eating in the tree above us. Perfect holiday escape.

It was our second stay at Daphne Cottage and we can't wait to return. Phil (and no doubt, Annie) is an excellent host - full of suggestions and very convivial. The cottage is in a very quiet, central position in the town and is spotless. The atmosphere is charming.

This property was perfect for our extended family visiting from the UK to attend a wedding close by. A beautiful setting over-looking a large field with horses and kangaroos and a very inviting swimming pool.

AGA stove should be eliminated from the listing as it is old and rusted and not suitable to be used. The BBQ was dirty and rusty I would not use it. Most of the outdoor furniture is broken and not suitable to sit on it should be replaced and covered in spider webs. There were spider webs in the house and around the garden where they could have been removed before we arrived. The fireplace was great but there were no tools or dustpan to clean the fireplace before we made another fire. The flood light which came on at night with every movement are so bright and shone into bedroom windows. Linen and beds are comfortable and good quality. The showers and hot water is good and adequate. Overall a lovely house.
