La Serra is a beautiful property, set in amazing gardens and with views to die for. It’s special to be so close to the lake and have a patio and garden to enjoy the views from. Nicola is a fantastic host and went out of his way to help with bookings and recommendations, even calling a restaurant to assist with a difficult booking. One of the showers was damaged when we arrived and he attended the property immediately to arrange repairs. He was very genuine and friendly and provided us with lots great information about the area. We loved our stay.

When we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes. We were directly facing the Lake & to our left we could see snow on the Swiss Alps. The steps down to the house meant it wasn't disabled friendly but that didn't affect us. We found everything comfortable but needed instructions for how to get some heating. Other than that it was wonderful. Jan
