The property was exactly as listed. Clean, nicely presented with comfortable BIG beds. Well appointed kitchen. Nice location at the top of a cute village. 10 minute walk into the centre (but it is up a bit of a hill). Carol the host is super friendly and accomodating (even helped with some transport issues). There were some nibbles/wine on arrival which was a lovely surprise. She provided helpful info of the surrounding area, and is a great help with any issues that may arise. Thanks Carol for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at the Villa and cottage , which we will cherish forever .The property , including the pool , gardens and farm , is magnificent and easily catered for our group of 12 . Special thanks to Nicolette and Priscilla for the delicious Tuscan meals and their genuine kindness to our family. We highly recommend this property . Thank you Luca ; Mike and family
