Patong villa rentals

The villa was beautiful and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. Many nice restaurant walking distance and great play area for children around the corner. Pool was amazing and clean. We had a great stay.

A wonderful place to stay. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden area, green & lush with the chirping of birds. Very private. A lot of great spaces and space to relax and includes a wonderful housekeeper. Plenty of space for us and our adult children. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive.We loved the area, populated by locals, some tourists and expats. Some great local eats, markets, bars, beauty/massage, bakery () and cafes. The wider area, includes the islands best beaches and the fantastic the Rawai & Rawai Beach area. For us, so much better than the more popular beach areas. We had a car, it is handy, but not essential as it is very easy to get Bolt (Uber) everywhere you need to go, including up to the northern beaches and Phuket town etc.Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this Villa. It has lots of space, every bedroom is a king with en-suite, the kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable, and the feature pool is better than it looks in the pics. The whole place has a really local Thai vibe and feel and the host Ric and his staff have paid a lot of attention to the little things which make or break these types of accommodations. It’s a 2 min drive to downtown Patong and there are little restaurants and bars right next door. Definitely recommend this 5 star accom.

The was so helpful and accommodating. The owner son Bom was a gem, he helped for the duration of our stay. Whenever we needed support, he was there to help. Whether it was booking Tuktuk, taxi or tour, he was willing to help. The Villa was clean and well presented. We love it and would definitely recommend it, it just very short commute to Kata beach where y ok u can get everything.

I have recently stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was just like home. It has everything you need, just like home. The Villa is beautiful! The pool and outdoor area is amazing and lovely and private .. its like your own little tropical oasis. The villa is large and very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and beautifully decorated. The beds are on the firm side (which i like) but extremely comfortable and I always had a great nights sleep. it is in a very quiet location but only a very short stroll to restaurants and beautiful Karon Beach. I have rebooked the villa for my next trip. Kaew was my host at the property and she is just wonderful and will help you with everything you might need. There is motorbike hire, laundry, restaurants, convenience stores and Chemists all within a 1 minute walk from the villa. this really is an amazing villa for an extended stay ... Its so good I have already booked my next scuba diving holiday and have rebooked the villa. Thank you Chantal and Kaew for an amazing holiday experience and beautiful Villa. We absolutely loved our stay in Phuket. We were 2 families of 9 people in total and the house was perfect. Great location and easy access to Patong. Our host, Laurence, was very helpful and always responded very promptly to our requests and the Thai staff who looked after us were just gorgeous - cooked breakfast every morning and very helpful organising things like laundry and transport. The house itself was lovely and the views even better than the photos. The pool was great, but had no hand rails and would be a bit difficult to get in and out of if you had mobility issues, but that wasn’t a problem for us (and we all spent a lot of time in the pool!). The bedrooms were all spacious and the bathrooms kept very clean. Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough!
