Beautifully decorated townhouse, great location, very easy check in and communication when needed. The group of us loved every minute of staying at this house - especially the courtyard - we cancelled our dinner plans because we preferred to stay in and use the kitchen and courtyard area

Beautiful property, so close to train and tram station. The lift made luggage/grocery movement very easy. Three bathrooms was so convenient for the whole family to get ready to go out.

Motel was beautiful. Great location, friendly. The room was stunning, clean and everything youll need. Very spacious with the best balcony I seen.

A quiet little place located in a leafy street in East Melbourne, this place is an easy 10 minute walk to the CBD and a literal stones throw to Fitzroy Gardens. There is a lovely cafe right next door (which was closed over Xmas) and another just a short walk over at the Gardens. Parking was very tight for anything but a small car, but it was nice and secure. The room was well maintained and a good size for a family of four. kitchen was functional with a dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Just a one night stay. I book here on a regular basis and also send my staff here too. Great value for money

This is a hidden gem. Its a great location, within minutes of: South Yarra Railway Station and only 1 stop on the train to the Australian Open Tennis, great cafes and coffee shops, an IGA supermarket, and Chappell Street's famous shops and restaurants. Value for money, convenient car parking, comfy room and bed, love it has a washing machine and dryer and friendly and helpful and flexible desk staff. Thank you so much for letting us delay moving our car from your carpark until 12.30 on our day of checkout so we could have our long bunch with family in a Chappell Street café. After 3 stays at your apartments we are proud that we can now drive our car into your tight carpark lift without being stressed. We will be back.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Punthill Grand. Staff always friendly and efficient. Facilities comfy, immaculately presented and quiet. Conveniently located tthree minutes from South Yarra station and a myriad of fabulous eateries. Highly recommend.
