Ban Saiyuan beach rentals

The villa was beautiful and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. Many nice restaurant walking distance and great play area for children around the corner. Pool was amazing and clean. We had a great stay.

A wonderful place to stay. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden area, green & lush with the chirping of birds. Very private. A lot of great spaces and space to relax and includes a wonderful housekeeper. Plenty of space for us and our adult children. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive.We loved the area, populated by locals, some tourists and expats. Some great local eats, markets, bars, beauty/massage, bakery () and cafes. The wider area, includes the islands best beaches and the fantastic the Rawai & Rawai Beach area. For us, so much better than the more popular beach areas. We had a car, it is handy, but not essential as it is very easy to get Bolt (Uber) everywhere you need to go, including up to the northern beaches and Phuket town etc.Highly recommended.

A comfortable and well appointed property, very clean with excellent property managers and staff. We stayed for a month. At first we felt confined to immediate area which wasn’t very interesting but manager helped us find a hire car and that gave us access to all of Phuket. Highly recommend the property but do hire a car.
