Great location with wonderful view. Well equipped and very comfortable house with all necessary amenities. Dermot was a welcoming and genial host. Highly recommended.

Location, Cleanliness, Kitchen, 6 adults (3 couples) all with ensuites and 2 great leaving areas. The size of the spaces and overall property could not have been better. I have never left a review before but decided to leave one due to how perfect it was. Thanks

We enjoyed our two week stay. The views from the cottage and the walks on the local beaches were excellent.

The Coach House is a lovely cottage, very convenient for exploring Waterford and surrounds. The cottage is beautifully presented and lovingly cared for with real attention to detail. The little extra touches like home-baked bread, a well stocked kitchen and bottle of wine all add up to make a very comfortable stay, in any weather! Thank you Brendan and Jean for your hospitality.
