Gorgeous property in quiet setting. Peaceful and tranquil place to stay. Some issues experienced with the book in, check out information and WIFI password, but once this was shared, everything else was great. Raelene was very helpful and responsive when we contacted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Swanston Sands, it was light, bright and fresh, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and we would absolutely stay again. Next time we would book through a website other than Stayz as the pre-stay communication was a bit strange.

Our group of 6 friends loved our stay. There was enough space to not feel overcrowded but maintained a cosy feel. The outlook is instantly peaceful and the cottage itself is beautiful. Everything you need is here

After finding out the Rod Stewart concert was cancelled we were pretty disappointed but the accommodation certainly helped. The home was absolutely spotless and so well presented. The attention to detail is second to none. The hospitality shown by the owner was really appreciated getting to take home some produce from the garden. We will be back again.

Very clean with lovely decor, 5 mins to shops. Quiet, modern area. We have 2 wheelchair users in our family - this house was quite manageable for them with only a single, low step into the house and a small lip for entry into showers. Ensuite provided our own portable shower seat. Ensuite bathroom allowed room to access the toilet with a wheelchair for a front-on transfer. Three bedrooms allowed enough space around the bed for a wheelchair to access, fourth didn't quite fit, but this was ok for our family. It's hard for our large family to find places to stay that can also accommodate wheelchairs - this place was great!

The house was well equipped and clean and communication with the owner was great. Easy to find and the house had everything we required. Breakfast was supplied and it was the small things that made this venue excellent.
