Brighton East beach rentals

Nice place close to train,bus and beaches.

The place has been awesome and they have been super responsive to any queries and requests for assistance.

Great location for our visit to Melbourne. Close to Hampton St shopping village and the beach. Just perfect!

Well sized and appointed property. Pool, sauna and spa all perfectly clean and ready to go on arrival. Good communication and easy check in process. Would recommend.

Rooms are very well equipped and secure. Super close to Middle Brighton railway station which is on the Sandringham line. Woolworths, lots of eateries and shops you may need while on holidays literally just around the corner. View of the bay if your room is not on the street side.

The host was great and responded speedily. The property was just what we wanted, midway between Hampton high street and the beach.

The apartments are brand new and are fully equipped. Parking is charged per night. We parked in the public car park at the rear and received a fine for $79 as we were unaware of the 3 hour limit. The Hampton station is right next door and has regular service to the city. The train and boom gate bells start pretty early in the morning as does the rubbish collection for the adjoining shops. The view from our apartment was over the alley, bins and rooftop of the shops. All that said, it was very comfortable and functional for our needs and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous family reunion in a lovely suburb. The house was very spacious, the decor was great and the beds were comfortable. However, the fabric of the house is in need of updating. A tap leaked in the master bedroom, there was only 1 key available for the property even though there was supposed to be a second on the key ring, some of the kitchen cabinets don’t remain closed and the pool hadn’t been cleaned out. (It was full of branches). We enjoyed our stay, but it wasn’t great value for money. You pay for location and a pretty interior, but not quality of maintenance.
