Cassini beach rentals

Breath taking views from the comfort of an outstanding house, which looks out a magazine. We love the location, very close to the beach which is nice and quiet, perfect for a walk.

Very spacious and comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and need. Lovely bedrooms and two spacious and comfy living areas. The back deck is lovely and the view is great!

Such a special place in a beautiful part of the world! Our favourite holiday for a long time. We have booked to come back already!

Our party of 9 enjoyed a well earned 4 day stay at Middle River Guest House. The views alone were worth the trip. The lay out of the house suited us perfectly - heaps of space and everything supplied to make our stay easy. Highly recommended,For improvement - some wardrobe space to hang clothing would be great and coverings at main windows to keep out the afternoon sun.

Loved this place. Peace and tranquillity with an amazing view. Very easy people to deal with and lovely and clean. I went here with one of my best friends. I'm now going to take my hubby there. Highly recommend 😁

For the most part we loved our stay. The view is incredible with the sound of seabirds and waves in the background a great way to wake up. We didn't see any penguins but plenty of willy wagtails and shorebirds. I think the addition of Wi-Fi (if available in Emu Bay) would have been great only due to the unavailability of a connection anywhere on the island for anyone other than Telstra customers. Whilst charming and clean, I found the house a little shabby for the price and a little updating wouldn't go amiss. That being said, the bed was VERY comfortable! Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful sunrise from the deck, and a Koala in the gum tree in the front garden- can not get better then that.

Everything was perfect, clean, modern all appliance working well, beds were comfortable. The view and location were amazing!! I highly recommend and would love to stay again!
