Giovanna greeted us warmly after checking our arrival time. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location was brilliant for us with either boat or walking easy to get anywhere. We arrived by air and left by train, both easy access. The apartment is located above a number of bars and restaurants. Lovely to have the vibe filter into the apartment but completely silent once the windows were closed

Loved staying at this convenient location, great host, super clean apartment. Ground floor a bonus. Don’t hesitate to book this 2 bedroom apartment.

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had more. The location is 5 star with so many fantastic local restaurants so very close by. Even better though is the stunning courtyard which opens directly onto the canal. We started our days there drinking coffee and ended our days there with afternoon pre-dinner drinks, the perfect place to stay.

Perfect accommodation, sparklingly clean and with great ventilation. All rooms open to the freshness of garden and space. Quality window fittings which frame the peaceful environment. Walking to St Marco Piazza and railway station was fun. We walked everywhere. The food shopping was easy as it was over a bridge and at the end of a square. Access to everywhere. Loved it .

The property is easy to find thanks to detailed description from the owner. Close to train station, Spacious with everything provided, great area away from busy tourist areas , very private. Thank you
