My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with nearby cafes and the tram into the city. Would certainly recommend if staying in Melbourne for a short while!

Great apartment, good size living area, very comfy, soft bed and pillows, with a proper doona cover! Excellent communication with host. Once they upgrade the pots and pans and salad bowls it will be perfect. Secure building and carpark. Easy tram ride to city. Tram stop very close (across the road). Can’t wait to book again.

We were very impressed with how clean the property is.Bathroom looked new and sky- light made it bright.Queen size beds were very comfortable.We stayed a month and could have stayed longer as the unit is quite spacious.

Check in process was easy and simple. Property is very clean and nicely appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The apartment has the best location being walking distance to Middle Park shops, the beach, MSAC and trams.

Perfect home to have a relaxing home away from home. I’ve been looking for something newish. This house ticks all the boxes except for the entrance to the car port behind. A little tricky to maneuver but you can always park on the side street. The house is just a walk across to the beach and the dog beach. Overall, it’s a place I’ll go back to again.

We stayed in this beautiful loft for our anniversary weekend and it was perfect! It was clean, cozy, welcoming and romantic. Everything was so close and the tram was pretty much out the front. Secure parking and a PIN code for the door eliminated any stress about loosing keys at the beach. Great communication, very informative, kind, helpful and marco was just a text message away if we had any questions. A weekend was not enough time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thanks for having us, We would definitely stay here again
