West Hobart beach rentals

From the moment we stepped into the cottage, we knew we had picked the right place - it was homely, warm, and clean. The bed was just so comfortable and the bedding and Manchester was high quality. Every thing was thought of…. And centrally located. Thanks for everything.

I scored the first floor with door on street level from hallway directly onto St Georges Terrace. Was perfect to enable me to bring my bycicle straight into the room without negotiating stairs or lift. The room itself is large with several different types of chairs to choose from. The kitchenette is handy if eating in. Several nice eateries within a few minutes walk. Have to flip the power switch on for the heater to work. I didn't realise and froze the first night. I highly recommend staying here for short or longer term.

Fabulous location and very clean, comfortable apartment with magnificent views of Mt Wellington. Easy walk to the city, waterfront, Salamanca markets, Battery Point and Casscades. Fantastic cafe “Bear with me” nearby in Macquarie St and opposite is the most gourmet IGA I’ve ever been in. Hosts were lovely and communication A. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Toolgooloowa is a great stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment - exactly what our family needed. Spacious rooms, quality furniture, comfy beds & bedding. Great kitchen facilities including well sized fridge. Excellent location - so, so quiet but only 2 blocks from Sandy Bay Rd and main shopping strip including Woolworths & Coles, newagents, great cafes and plenty of eateries. Pleasant 10-15 minute walk to bay. Hope to return.

I stayed at this property for 6 weeks. It had everything I needed, was serviced weekly and the hosts were responsive to any requests. It is a great location, close to the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again, especially for a long stay.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location. The city, shops and restaurants are really close. The size of our Harbour view room was spacious for 2 of us, and the view was amazing! It was always quiet and it is a safe area. The heater works a treat so you will not be cold! Parking is great if you have a car with you. The staff are so friendly and are very helpful. We highly recommend staying here for your stay in Hobart! You will not regret staying here.

My partner and I have stayed in 3 of the apartments over several years and have always enjoyed the property and surrounds, close to cafe's (Ginger Brown is a personal favourite), grocery store, parkland and the Cascade Brewery. 25/30 min walk to Hobart CBD. If I've ever needed to clarify anything or request anything John is always promt to respond. Toogooloowa on Davey 5 was clean and had everything we required for a short stay (3 nights and would be perfectly fine for a longer stay), seperate bathroom and bedroom, having a small kitchen is great! Looking forward to visiting again!

This property was fantastic, so central to everything in Hobart. Very comfortable. John and Anne are fantastic hosts. Highly recommended
