Fantastic property. So much wonderful natural light looking out over the water...bliss! Room to play and room to tuck your self away. Excellent walking track and beautiful bird life. Would recommend to all!

Derwent Vista was above and beyond our expectations and a perfect base for our Hobart holiday. Extremely well stocked, conveniently located and with an unrivalled beauty and view. Everyone in our group was incredibly satisfied with their stay and I have already recommended this property to several family members and friends. Can't wait to come back down!
