We recently stayed in this property as a family. It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was well presented and highly comfortable and the hosts were very informative and provided thorough information. It had all the amenities a normal household would making it a home away from home. I would highly recommend it for any families.

We had great communication with our host from start to finish. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed, including fresh towels, linen and even a basket full of kids toys for the boys. Parked right behind the door but needed to move through the day, due to parking restrictions. The shower was great and had quality soap etc, the big tv was awesome and we walked to some great coffee (coffee No 8) and a perfect pub meal in the Post Office Club Hotel just a short walk across St Kilda Road. We loved the location and the furniture, beds and kitchen were wonderful. Perfect for a family or couple. Quick and easy access to the city and st kilda, number 3 tram from stop 34. Thanks for a wonderful experience and great service. Check in process was easy and simple. Property is very clean and nicely appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The apartment has the best location being walking distance to Middle Park shops, the beach, MSAC and trams.

We stayed in this beautiful loft for our anniversary weekend and it was perfect! It was clean, cozy, welcoming and romantic. Everything was so close and the tram was pretty much out the front. Secure parking and a PIN code for the door eliminated any stress about loosing keys at the beach. Great communication, very informative, kind, helpful and marco was just a text message away if we had any questions. A weekend was not enough time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Thanks for having us, We would definitely stay here again

This place has everything going for it but best of all were the hosts who went out of their way to overcome my technical problems with communicating through the Stayz site.
