Frontenex beach rentals

Beautifull high end finished house in amazing village. Short drive to Annecy and a few minutes to supermarkets. Cows walking past the house in the street twice a day was a unique highlight.

Wonderful place to stay to explore the Savoie region. The region is stunning with mountains, lakes and forests. Even better in Autumn colours. Hosts made our stay as pleasant as possible. Plenty of room to spread out. Villages nearby very nice with all that is required for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Sited on the mountainside overlooking the village of San Ferreol, the apartment is on the ground floor of an Alpine chalet home, with wonderful views across the valley to the mountains on the opposite side. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a couple or a young family. Ken and Manchon are very good hosts, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. When I had the misfortune to write off a tyre on my car, Ken made many phone calls for me and ensured that I received excellent service from the tyre depot in nearby Annecy. He was also able to make suggestions for activities including a beautiful walk with views and chest-expanding exercise. In addition, he recommended and advised on a trip to the "Mere de Glace" at Chamonix. Manchon, meanwhile provide luscious samples of "Moon cakes"to eat with our coffee. All in all, a great stay, the only drawback being that we didn't have long enough.
