Sachsenhausen Nord family rentals

We have stayed previously and that is why we returned. Great hotel and location plus the staff were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Never got the code to get in and haven't even been in contact with me still!! Have asked for a refund and not even a reply. Still no code or contact weeks later! Had to find somewhere to stay on NYE at the last min which lucky a friend let me crash their place. Still no refund or reply! Had booked for 3 nights and never got a code in that time.
