Small but homely and cosy. Beautiful garden to spend time in. Kind hosts. Would like to spend longer next time.

Spacious room with balcony. Kitchen area and bathroom/toilet were more than adequate.Hosts provided us with breakfast and homemade goodies which we thought was particularly nice guesture. Would stay here again when in Geraldine. Hosts were very welcoming.

This property was perfect for Christmas with our extended family. Clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ - with facilities enough to cater for Christmas dinner. Most enjoyable part was the outdoor deck area and gardens which enabled our large family ample dining areas and space for games.

Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. Plenty of crockery and glassware in the kitchen. Only 2 of us but house could easily cater for larger groups. The only down side is having to provide your own linen. Being from overseas this was a bit inconvenient. But overall highly recommend this lovely home.

This centrally located, clean, well appointed cottage is loaded with understated charm and accommodations to very comfortable living. Pared with the fascinating history of the property, the cottage itself and its expansive & private back yard, you ate left wanting nothing. Its an ideal location to base your explorations of the Cantebury region. I recommend this property to both shodt and longer-term travellers. Kay, a gem herself, is helpful and quick to resoond. You won't be disappointed.
