Pascoe Vale South family rentals

Cute little place with everything you need. It's in a block of flats but we liked that. It was perfect for us. The only thing I would say is that the parking is in a standard garage so it was a little difficult getting my car in and out but otherwise its a perfect pick!

We had an amazing stay at the property. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and close to everything.

Ideal base for 3 adults to use in Melbourne. Close to train station was very handy. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Apartment well equipped and in a great location. Tania was very prompt and accomodating, very helpful.

Great place to have the family all come together. Everything was well set up and established for our kids of all ages. Very clean and many essentials already provided. Would recommend this stay and likely to book again. Robert was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had.

Big home with all facilities. Had trouble with wifi but they comunicated well and fixed all. Only down side no on site or Street parking out front. Otherwise clean and affordable and good location

Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on the base of shower screens along with a thick covering of grime on the exhaust vents. In the kitchen the cutlery was in short supply and it took two days before any extra was dropped off. If this accomodation was cleaned properly it would be a 4 star review.

Nice apartment, clean, easy access, private courtyard. Most of usual things supplied. Take your own condiments. Pillows provided are very full and fluffy, take your own if you prefer a lower pillow. Parking spaces are for SMALL sedans only - no wriggle room at all. Very quiet, block of 8 flats, only saw one other occupant the whole week. NO traffic noise.
