This spacious well equipped apartment felt like home. The hosts had thought of everything to make a stay easy and very comfortable.The location was great for exploring Nanaimo as well as north and south of Nanaimo.Angelo is a wonderful host, he shared information about places to visit, how to walk to a close by supermarket and Tim Hortons. He willingly and quickly responded to our questions, eg, how to get the tv working.Car parking is available. We highly recommend this accommodation.

overall, a good location down the road from a quiet beach just out of Qualicum Beach proper. A charming cottage, with a huge king-size bedroom and outside deck the best features. The host was attentive and friendly, and communication received very quick responses. The photos on the website do not show the closeness to the family house and work sheds, only towards the forest and paddock. (check satellite view before booking) The down side was the power in the little kitchen, which blows out if 2 appliances are even plugged in at the same time, nevermind on. But I loved the deer in the paddock, rabbits, birds and butterflies abound...

What an amazing house and location!! The reviews are all spot on! We were two families from Australia over the new year. We had crazy wild weather, wind and rain but we loved every minute exploring the property, seeing orcas, seals and bald eagles and spending time in the hot tub. The house is super comfortable and set up with everything we could possibly need. Kyle was a great host and was very helpful when the power went out in a storm. I can’t recommend the house any more!!
