We had a wonderful week in Paros made all the more special because of this beautiful house. Maria was so responsive and helpful and would highly recommend staying here. Would love to stay again. Gayle

Our host Manoli was ever so helpful, even offering to do a shop for us as the ferry was arriving at a time when the supermarket may be closed. There was a home cooked Greek meal waiting for us on check in to rival my mother’s. The property has a wonderful garden, stunning views and infinity pool and is ideally located. It’s a short distance from the port town and Naoussa but far away enough not to feel overwhelmed by a mass of tourists. The local village Piso Livadi is so cute. Has enough restaurants and a cute harbour, a few shops and a relaxed vibe. There are great beaches dotted along the coast near the property from high end organised beaches to little hideaways.

We had a wonderful 6 days in this house - it felt like our home. Everything was clean & comfortable - & relaxing in the garden & pool area overlooking the sea felt like a resort. Thank you for making everything so easy Maria & Ralph. The location is great too, a car is needed for shopping, eating out & visits into Naousa but the privacy of the house is perfect. We recently had a week staying at this lovely villa. Our host Panos could not have been more helpful both before and during our stay. The villa is well appointed and the view absolutely spectacular. A car is essential when staying at the villa. It is a 10 minute drive to the village of Alyki and we used the car daily to visit beach clubs and restaurants. Unfortunately we were unable to spend a lot of time around the pool due to the very strong wind which blew for most of the week we were there. This is obviously outside anyone's control and is a feature of the islands. We had a great time and would recommend the villa.

If you ever want to go to Paros - and you should - stay at Kosta’s beautiful villas. We were a group of 4 adults and stayed for 1 week in July. This place is paradise! The pool, the villa, Kosta’s hospital and the location are unbeatable. We went on to Santorini and Crete and had a lovely time there too however the week in Paros at Kosta’s villa was definitely the highlight!

This was a wonderful new villa, very immaculate, and we loved Aliki as a village. Arsenios was a good host, and communication was easy and seamless. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend the villa for everyone!
