Beautiful property. Was a very comfortable stay. Stunning surroundings.

Perfectly private location. We made use of the wood fire which made the cottage lovely and warm.Opened the blinds in the morning to see wallabies around, birds chirping and the sun streaming through the windows.

So close to town, and well maintained cozy property.

I really had a terrific time at this property in Daylesford. It was a beautiful location and the property itself was absolutely perfect in every way. I couldn't recommend they place more highly. It is ideal for a single person like myself, a couple, or a small group. I will most definitely be returning.

Neat and tidy, very clean, nicely appointed, functional, comfortable (bed and couch) great spa ..... perfect base for a mini stay, nothing negative to say, will return, happy to recommend 👍

We loved Lady Marmalade ! Brilliant property with plenty of comforts, amazing views and beautiful touches throughout the house.

The Birdhouse was spotless and had a beautiful outlook. The bedrooms and communal areas well styled nicely and there was plenty of space the group. The property overlooked a small forest valley where grey kangaroo grazed. It was a very cold weekend when we were there so we couldn’t make use of the lovely barbecue and patio areas, which would be lovely in warmer weather. It had plenty of kitchen amenities and the bathrooms were well appointed, perhaps a coffee I’m or pod machine and a small stereo would be a nice addition. Despite it being cold weather, we had a lovely weekend with long walks behind the property. Hepburn Springs is right next door which is ideal. The Birdhouse is perfectly situated for a relaxing weekend away from the city. Highly recommended.
