Mornington rentals with hot tubs

Our recent stay at birdrock oasis was amazing. Kids swam in the large pool the entire time, fished off the rocks down the end of the street and so many dining options just around the corner. We also had one colder day, so this was perfect for roasting marshmallows on the fire. There was so much to do in the home, and so close to everything. We will definitely be back. Janet and Adam also left a beautiful welcome basket.. Our 13 year old Labrador loved lounging on the deck. The outdoor set up was definitely a stand out, regardless of weather with all its amenities. It was a definite win for our 2 families catering for all ages groups.

We really enjoyed staying at the property, could not fault anything, would definitely book again.

Comfortable new property, located walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All bedrooms equipped with en-suite and tv. Ideal for 2 families with children.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend away. The apartment was very clean and had every amenity we could possible need. The location was very quiet, but still only a few minutes away from Mornington Main Street and walking distance to the beach. The check-in process was also very simple.

Bec answered my multitude of questions before I even arrived. But I was not prepared for what I was about to experience when I got there... I was blown away. The property was so much better in person, if that is at all possible. The decor was wonderful yet homely. Every bed and couch was fluffy and jump in ready. And the communal areas were ridiculous! We spent the retreat moving from area to area. Indoor eating, outdoor eating, getting personal in the snug, brainstorming in the lounge or reviewing in the sunshine on the deck. Some of us even dared the spa. And the golf course behind was a great place to break for lunch.I could not have found better if I tried. The whole Team agrees. I am not sure how I can top this. It's a great place to escape.

Excellent, roomy accommodation near Mornington. Well equipped kitchen and a spa bath. The welcome box of cereals, biscuits and spreads was a nice touch rarely seen. Recommend it highly.

Property was clean, hot tub was amazing with all the extra features, pool is small but enjoyable, Tennis court is a bonus for that extra stretch and fun throughout the day. Recommended
