Glenning Valley rentals with hot tubs

It was a wet week, so we enjoyed the large indoor area, pool/spa. games provided, DVD's etc for young children. This supplemented what we had with us really well.Kitchen had a lot of cooking tools, storage containers, cups etc.There were racks to dry clothes after swimmingThe layout of the house allowed for our 3 families to have space and ample under cover parking and the house area is flat, but in good weather plenty of grassSome of went to a beach for a walk each day and it was not too far and not crowded

Great apartment in one of the best locations in Avoca. Unit block was very quiet when we stayed and pool, games room, sauna & gym facilities lovely and clean and well maintained. The apartment could do with a deep clean of the balcony and under the couches and it would have been great if the bathroom fans worked but everything else was super clean and working well. Maybe some fan for the 2 smaller bedrooms needed as it was so hot and there was no air flow, and make sure you bring all your own basics like salt and cooking oil! Otherwise a pretty good stay :)

We had a great stay at The Residence. We celebrated a significant birthday with 4 families and everyone had a great time. Thank you.

Stunning property. Spacious. A beautiful location right on the beach. Great for a girls weekend away.

Overall the beds were all comfortable and place was amazing. The place is kept clean and the facility included were is great condition. Pool table,dart board and swimming pool

My stay at David's place was great. There were no issues at all and I would certainly revisit. The amenities in the resort were all easily accessible and the house had more than enough sources of comfort and entertainment. Thank you David and I look forward to coming back in the near future. Lewy

Facilities, view, closeness to beach and location could not be beaten, fantastic. Few stairs to navigate for the oldies but the effort was worth it. A benefit from COVID exploring territory nearer home (Sydney). Wonderful experience
