Smythesdale rentals with hot tubs

Had a lovely zone-out stay. Very peaceful and the spa is a great addition from our last stay.

Great outdoors area for extended family to sit around in. Secure for our (outdoor) dog to stay happikynfornabfeqndays.

Very comfortable and warm. Get for enjoying the company of others and having space and comfort to talk

Very well set up.

Nice, clean accommodation for 10 adults comfortably. 3 bedrooms upstairs (queen size) and sofa bed. 3 bedrooms downstairs (1 queen, 1 double & 1 single bed). Close to shops and attractions Ballarat have to offer. Any issues were fixed quickly. We came to Ballarat for my son's Engagement party (that turned out to be a surprise Wedding).

Absolutely amazing building, all furnishings were exquisite. They certainly don’t build them like the Bishop Palace. We all enjoyed this amazing experience.
