The property was lovely. It was clean, had everything we needed for a family of 4 and had fantastic views. Location was very good, a 10-15 minute walk into the old city but was a bit hilly so we drove to the gate and walked from there. Also a good location for driving into the countryside for Tuscan sight seeing and restaurants. Anna and Mario were responsive and helpful and had good recommendations.

Our group of friends (Australian) very much enjoyed our 4 nights in the Apartment. It is very centrally located alongside the Piazza Salimbeni. Our hosts Gianluca and Alex were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and helped us with valet parking for our mini van, prior to entering the city centre. We lucked upon the celebration for the recent Palio and enjoyed the fanfare. There’s heaps of restaurants nearby and all the sights are within easy walking distance. There was a bit of noise on the Saturday night, in particular, but we were happy to put up with it. We all agreed we’d stay again.

We had an idyllic week in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything we could need. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful rural location that was only minutes from Siena. After a busy day of sight seeing it was a delight to come back to a spacious, inviting house for relaxation. Our host David took a lot of time and trouble to make sure we were comfortable and to help us with hints and tips for visiting local sites and finding restaurants. He was very welcoming and we will return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Capella at Tenuta Larnianone. It is such a beautiful, character-filled home nestled in the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. Our favourite thing to do was sit outside in the sun and relax in the peace and quiet with the amazing views. We also explored some of the surrounding towns with their rich history. Paola and Tullio were lovely, helpful hosts.

We were a group of 7 adults and 1 child and had an amazing week at Villa Montelisi. We have lots of experience with holiday rentals and this one had the rare characteristic of being even better than the beautiful pictures. You really could not ask for a more perfect base for a week in Tuscany; there is so much space (each bedroom with its own bathroom, two huge living areas, outdoor and indoor seating), the decor is Tuscan but very tasteful, and the view from the outdoor seating area is just incredible. The hosts, Paolo and Tullio, were lovely; they were there to greet us when we arrived and give us a tour of the property, and available the couple of times we called. The location was also great, just a few km's out of Siena, so a good base for discovering the region. We can certainly recommend it!
