House is very well suited to large familys. We are a family of 7 adults and 5 children. Communication with Hong was fantastic, he was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. Would highly recommend this accommodation

The host was always available through out with messages and very helpful. The host’s sister picked us up from the Sasazuka train station. We are very welcomed. The house is beautiful and there are quite a large living/dining, kitchen, bathroom & toilet downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and another separate toilet. All facilities have carefully instructed with the stickers easy to use. Fantastic kitchen, and lots of storage. We settled dow quickly. We felt like our own home. Very close to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and train station. This house is the best place to stay not only family but also for a couple, and friends. I recommend everyone to stay when you come to Tokyo.

We would 100% recommend this studio apartment to anyone wanting to spend comfortable time in Tokyo metro area. The location was fantastic; so close to the station which affords easy access to so many other places to explore. Of course, Shimo-kitazawa itself, despite development, has lost none of its charm. It is a dynamic, exciting yet comfortable neighbourhood to base yourself in. Great shopping, coffee and food surround you in every direction. Light sleepers may rarely notice the sound of folks nearby, but it's nothing ear plugs can't address.Most of all what struck us about the apartment were all the many many thoughtful touches the host included, so that you really felt at home. No "I wish I'd packed that" or "we'll need to pop to the shops for this" - everything was considered. And if you want to see what I mean, check inside the "red mug" when you arrive!A big thank-you to our host.Please book and enjoy as much as we did!

Excellent value, this architectural design loft apartment has quality appliances, is very comfortable, TV with Netflix connection. Close to Hibiya subway which stops at Ginza, Roppongi, Akihabara, Ueno to name a few. Also close to Sumida river with kilometres of walking or running paths. There are many accessible bars and restaurants in the area within a 5 minute walk plus Family mart close by. My stay was 1 month and hosts were extremely helpful, I highly recommend this property. Ko's place was amazing, they were extremely hospitable. Everything was perfect except for the smell of smoke
