Central Otago District rentals with hot tubs

The property was perfect for our short blended family holiday. The house is immaculately maintained and in a convenient location. The views from most windows are spectacular. Kim, the property manager was very attentive and easy to deal with. I woulld highly recommend this property.

We were a group needing to stay close to our event. The house was big enough if we needed our own space and great for coming together. John was in contact before we arrived. If were to return for this event again we would definitely look this place up

The place is awesome. All facilities provided are well thought of. Kids kept busy with board games provided and also pool table. View from balcony is so amazing. Liane was easy to communicate and very helpful. Hope we visit again soon :)

The barn is beautifully presented in an amazing location. Andre and Daniela were fantastic hosts and their hospitality was superb. They were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to share ideas and suggestions. We really appreciated the fresh eggs, sweet treats and chocolates. The only slight thing to mention is that the listing says that the property has a washing machine and it doesn’t. We were banking on using it so this was a bit of an issue for us. We would however stay here again in a heartbeat and loved our time at Three Thirty. Vielen Dank Daniela u. Andre.
