Magnificent villa with amazing views of Kata beach.A great infinity pool showcasing said views across the area. The bedrooms are spacious with ensuites and aircon. The included chef prepared for us each night a great selection of local cuisines along with western food for the children. The staff/team were excellent and always ready to help for any request. The location was good, being close to the main areas without being right in the action so it was quiet a calm.Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay. We loved our time here and didn’t want to leave. Beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden area, green & lush with the chirping of birds. Very private. A lot of great spaces and space to relax and includes a wonderful housekeeper. Plenty of space for us and our adult children. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive.We loved the area, populated by locals, some tourists and expats. Some great local eats, markets, bars, beauty/massage, bakery () and cafes. The wider area, includes the islands best beaches and the fantastic the Rawai & Rawai Beach area. For us, so much better than the more popular beach areas. We had a car, it is handy, but not essential as it is very easy to get Bolt (Uber) everywhere you need to go, including up to the northern beaches and Phuket town etc.Highly recommended.

We booked the Glasshouse for a family reunion with some family from Australia and some from Sweden. The glasshouse was the perfect meeting point. Really easy to deal with Bradley to set everything up and his staff (Khun Pond Villa Manager and Chef Khun Yut) couldn’t be any better at what they do. At one point we asked Khun Pond at super late notice to decorate our house with Halloween supplies as some of the kids were used to celebrating back home and within 12 hours this was completed perfectly. Khun Yut didn’t serve up a bad meal, everything was dished up perfectly and in a timely manner. The house itself is perfect and you don’t really need to leave it too often as it is a perfect place to sit and relax, swim or just watch the amazing views. But when you do go out you have amazing beaches, restaurants and shops at your doorstep. Wonderful accommodation and outstanding staff, will love to come back at some stage.

We had a great stay at this Villa. It has lots of space, every bedroom is a king with en-suite, the kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable, and the feature pool is better than it looks in the pics. The whole place has a really local Thai vibe and feel and the host Ric and his staff have paid a lot of attention to the little things which make or break these types of accommodations. It’s a 2 min drive to downtown Patong and there are little restaurants and bars right next door. Definitely recommend this 5 star accom.

I have recently stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was just like home. It has everything you need, just like home. The Villa is beautiful! The pool and outdoor area is amazing and lovely and private .. its like your own little tropical oasis. The villa is large and very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and beautifully decorated. The beds are on the firm side (which i like) but extremely comfortable and I always had a great nights sleep. it is in a very quiet location but only a very short stroll to restaurants and beautiful Karon Beach. I have rebooked the villa for my next trip. Kaew was my host at the property and she is just wonderful and will help you with everything you might need. There is motorbike hire, laundry, restaurants, convenience stores and Chemists all within a 1 minute walk from the villa. this really is an amazing villa for an extended stay ... Its so good I have already booked my next scuba diving holiday and have rebooked the villa. Thank you Chantal and Kaew for an amazing holiday experience and beautiful Villa. A comfortable and well appointed property, very clean with excellent property managers and staff. We stayed for a month. At first we felt confined to immediate area which wasn’t very interesting but manager helped us find a hire car and that gave us access to all of Phuket. Highly recommend the property but do hire a car.
