From the owners thoughtful communication prior to arrival to walking in the front door, every comfort is catered for. We arrived on a chilly day to a toasty warm cottage. Clear instructions were provided to use the heating, cooling, spa, finding extra towels etc. No guess work was required and meant we could settle in right away. The view is truly breathtaking, especially after dark. The bed linen and towels were top quality. The spa and shower are absolute highlights. We will be back again.

My bestie and I were very blessed to have stayed here for 4 nights as a mini escape from our high-stress jobs. Absolutely perfect cottage, easy to find in Olinda and central to everything. The cottage is only a short drive from Sassafras, Belgrave, etc. so we were able to go out each day and have mini day trips and then return in the evening.The cottage itself was beautiful, we loved the fireplace and the spa and the views out the windows; we had everything we needed. The balcony was a highlight for me with kookaburras. Pia Tim also made us a beautiful hamper for our stay. Communication was excellent instructions about staying were very clear and easy to understand and follow.Nothing to fault no complaints. Great location. Super cute house. Loved it.

It was a pleasure to stay for four nights in this beautiful location.The autumn sunlight filtering through the trees and into the superbly furnished room at the end of my days out was stunning. I would have liked to rearrange a few pieces of furniture though, so that the frig is located in the main kitchen. Perhaps wardrobe located to where the dressing table stands, the dressing table against the white-washed wall.

Gorgeous accommodation which was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the spa, walks and nearby towns with lovely little shops.

This accomodation looked beautiful in the photos but we were blown away when we first walked in. It has obviously been created with love and attention to detail. The beautiful placement of the windows lets nature flow into the space. Its tasteful decor, beautiful original art pieces and quirky antiques created a special environment. It is spotless and fresh. Every morning freshly baked bread and fresh ingredients were left on the doorstep. Huge thank you to Rhonda and Mark for making our weekend away so special. We will definitely stay again.

Tracey was an amazing host and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and so many little touches that made our stay perfect.Lovely cottage, metres away from Olinda and everything you need and the hot tub was just perfect.

We all had a lovely time. The property really is amazing. All was good apart from we were surprised there wasn't a BBQ (we didn't check before we took our meat up there with us!) and the bedrooms upstairs were very hot (it was 38' while we were there) and the beds in the bunkbed room were not comfortable - but all the others were great. Coffee machine wasn't working and we couldn't get the steam oven to work either, but the kitchen was great apart from that. We had a really good time - the property exceeded expectations
